Dr. Jorgensen started her journey towards dentistry shortly after graduating from high school in Illinois. At seventeen, she married her high school sweetheart, Allen Jorgensen, and began college to obtain a degree in dental hygiene. After employment as a hygienist for a few years, she decided to go back to school to become a dentist. In 1992, she graduated from Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine. She opened North Gwinnett Dental Care in 1994 she is involved in the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association and the Northern District Dental Association. Bridgett is the former president of the Gwinnett Dental Society . The Jorgensen’s have four grown children. Chris, their eldest son, is a graduate of Georgia Tech, and a medical resident in San Antonio, TX. He is married to Anita and they have two daughters, Violet and Rose. Delaney, their only daughter, is a UGA grad and a 2018 Boston University Dental school graduate. She Is engaged to be married in late 2018. Eric and Tanner, their two youngest sons, both live in Athens and are students at UGA. Eric will begin UGA law school in the fall, and Tanner will complete his marketing degree in December.
